Located in Oliver County, Churchtown is dominated by Christ's Lutheran Church. There was at one time
a school and several houses. There was no store or post office
A different view of the church from behind. I also remember spooking a doe and her fawn that was
laying in the bushes near the church.
Below is a house that appears to be recently abandoned.
The cemetary pictured below bears the date of 1888 on its gate.
